Courses for Engineering Students

As an extension to its services, and with a view of imparting practical oriented training CIFNET has introduced special short term courses for College students in related disciplines like Zoology, Fisheries etc. during 2002-03. During the current year, 2003-04 CIFNET has further diversified these special training programmes exclusively for the professional college students with an idea of offering the totally practical oriented training.

The participants have full exposure to the operation, maintenance and trouble shooting etc. of a marine engine. They are also given the opportunity to get acquaintance with the functioning of marine engine on board a vessel.

We are now extending our facilities for the professional students of Tamil Nadu region conducting similar courses from our Unit at Chennai.
