Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme under PMMSY
Response to an emergency situation in fisheries and aquaculture presents a range of complex issues that can be difficult to understand in the absence of appropriate training analytical tools and lessons from experience. CIFNET provides ToT Programme to the Govt. officials of various states/ Entrepreneurs/ AOCs Technical Staffs. On completion of the training of trainer course (ToT), trainees will become ‘Trainers in fisheries sector’, and will be equipped and available to carry out the Training Course in their own region.
